Developmental Process:

In order to help cultivate the next great players on the world stage, Premier Soccer Group focuses on nine foundation areas of soccer during a teams's playing development. Below are our 5 foundations of technical development and 4 foundations of tactical development.

Technical Process:

First Touch - The control needed to gain possession and positive movement.

Passing - Learning to play the ball to team-mates and smart precise passes to all parts of the field.

Dribbling - Using a player's personal skills to control the ball and take players on.

Aerial Control - Learning to control the ball out of the air with ease and confidence using all available surfaces
 

Tactical Process:

Possession - Learning to play the ball in all directions; forward, backward and square.

Decision Making - Training players in a variety of challenging situations allows game time decisions to become second nature.

Shape - Wide players, switching players, position responsibility, etc.
